Product Details

A Mobile Lighting Tower with 5 kva Silent DG Set is designed for Construction, mines, and highway work where reliable portable illumination is essential. To provide light for construction sites, mines and highways, workers use a Mobile Lighting Tower with a 5 kva Silent DG Set. On a base made of strong steel, a pole extends upward to a height of 8 meters. By using a diesel generator that produces 5 kVA of power and makes little noise, the machine creates white light over a large area for long periods. In the power system, a single cylinder engine stays cool using air plus turns at a rate of 3000 rotations every minute. With a voltage of 230 V and a power factor of 0.8, the generator provides an even supply of alternating current. For stability on ground that is not flat, the user deploys four jacks that hold the unit in place. Due to the design of the enclosure, the unit produces a sound level of 75 dBA at a distance of 1 meter. As the machine is built to function in air temperatures as high as 45°C, it remains functional in hot environments. It is easy for operators to move the unit and it requires little work to keep it in good condition. For difficult tasks outdoors, the tower provides light that is consistent, transport that is simple but also fuel consumption that is low.
