Round Portable Mobile Lighting Tower

The Round Portable Mobile Lighting Tower serves people who work on roads, in mines and at construction sites. It is a tool that provides light from LED lamps positioned on a tubular pole that is 8 meters tall. To meet specific limits, the total height of the machine is less than 9 meters. On this structure, there are six LED flood lamps that use energy efficiently. For power the unit has a 20 kW diesel generator that is attached to the frame. Because it has its own power source, it provides light for large outdoor areas without needing external wires. The system is built on a round metal pole that is smooth and shiny. To move the pole upward, a person must turn a manual winch. For transport the unit sits on a trailer with two wheels so that a vehicle can pull it. With this design a user can move the machine easily plus reach the internal parts when they need to fix or check them. If dust or heavy rain occurs, the IP66 enclosures keep the electrical parts and the lamps dry and clean. Because of this protection, the machine continues to work when the weather or environment is difficult. By using strong materials but also a 20 kW generator, the tower supports extra electrical tools and runs for a long time. As the light is powerful, a site manager can use fewer towers to cover a wide area. And since the manufacturer makes those in India, the company keeps them in stock for quick transport to customers. It is a machine that lasts a long time and provides light that does not stop.
